Orders are subject to our acceptance. Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Payment is carried out according to the terms presented at the time of order.

Article 4 – Products and Availability

We reserve the right to limit sales, modify offers and prices without notice. Product images are indicative and may differ slightly from actual products.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Article 6 – Legal Warranty

In accordance with applicable law, customers benefit from legal warranties of conformity and latent defects for two years from product delivery, with no registration required.

Article 7 – Commercial Warranty and Product Registration

Our products come with a commercial warranty lasting one (1) year from the purchase date, covering defects related to normal use.

To benefit from this commercial warranty, the customer must register their product with our customer service no later than thirty (30) days after purchase through the website or other means provided.

Warranty claims must include a photo and a short video evidencing the product defect or breakage. Upon verification, we will replace the product free of charge.

The administrative and shipping fees of 8 USD remain the customer’s responsibility.

This commercial warranty complements but does not replace the legal warranties granted by law.

Article 8 – Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site or products. HB Paris shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All site content is our exclusive property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
