TERMS OF USE AND SALES CONDITIONS

Introduction

This website is operated by HB Paris ("we", "our", "HB Paris"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Sales Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the site or ordering. Access and use are subject to your unconditional acceptance. We may update these Terms at any time; changes apply immediately upon posting online. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms govern the offer of products and services by HB Paris and website use.

Article 2 – Access and Use Conditions

You must be of legal age in your country of residence. Illegal use of products or site is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

Article 3 – Orders, Information and Payment

Orders require our acceptance. Provide accurate and up-to-date information. Payment terms are shown at checkout. Order confirmation will be sent by email.

Article 4 – Products and Availability

We may limit quantities, modify offers and prices without notice. Product images are indicative. Availability is not guaranteed.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. For French/EU consumers: in case of excessive delay, you may cancel the order and request full refund per applicable law.

Article 6 – Returns and Withdrawal Policy

**France/EU consumers**: Legal 14-day withdrawal right from receipt (except custom/perishable goods).

**Procedure for all customers:**

1. Contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt

2. Return products unused in original packaging, **return shipping at your expense**

3. **Refund processed within 14 days AFTER receipt and verification of merchandise condition**

Original shipping costs non-refundable. Custom/perishable goods excluded.

Article 7 – Legal Warranty

Per applicable law (2 years in France/EU for conformity and hidden defects from delivery), we guarantee products against defects. No registration required.

Repair, replacement or refund available **upon verification of returned product (if applicable)**.

Article 8 – Commercial Warranty and Product Registration

Products include a 1-year commercial warranty from purchase date for normal use defects.

To activate: Register within 30 days via our website/customer service with proof of purchase. Claims require photo/video evidence. Verified claims get free replacement.

Customer pays $8 admin/shipping fees. This complements (does not replace) legal warranties.

Article 9 – Liability

Site and products provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions, errors, indirect damages or use-related losses, except mandatory liabilities (gross negligence, bodily harm, fraud). Liability capped at order value.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All site content is HB Paris's exclusive property. Unauthorized use prohibited.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Disputes

French law applies. French consumers: amicable settlement first, then courts of our registered office or your domicile. Others: courts of our registered office.

EU consumers: access European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
